1. General information

The study of Human Anatomy provides a clear and precise knowledge of the structures that make up the human body, their organization, their arrangement in different regions and the relationship between their form and function, reaching a global and integrated vision of the macro and microscopic structure of the human body.

It is considered a basic subject in the academic training of the nurse and provides the morphological basis to understand the human being in its normality.

It is taught in the first year of the degree and is annual in nature.

The subject load is 10 ECTS (250 hours), of which 80 hours correspond to theoretical classes and 20 hours to practical activities , taught throughout the academic year at a rate of 3 hours of theory and 1 hour of practice per week. The remaining hours correspond to the student's personal work, tutorials and evaluation.

These approaches and objectives are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda of United Nations (https://www.un.org/sustainabledevelopment/es/), since Human Anatomy is essential to base the subsequent knowledge of the rest of the degree and different phenomena that can reflect and analyse the degree of achievement of all the SDG goals.

2. Learning results

Define the concept of anatomy and anatomical position.

Know how to translate the systems of planes and axes of space to the human body.

Use the Anatomical Nomenclature to refer to the position of the organic structures in the body context.

Know the basic notions of human embryonic development.

Identify the basic tissues of the organism and describe their components and varieties.

Identify and describe bones, types of joints and the muscles that move them.

Identify and describe the viscera, organs and structures that make up the different apparatuses and systems of the human organism (respiratory, cardiovascular, digestive, urinary, genital, senses, nervous system) in terms of their morpho-functional characteristics, location and main topographical relationships.

Obtain, analyse, summarize and interpret information related to Human Anatomy.

Integrate morphological and functional knowledge as a support for future disciplines of the Nursing Degree.

3. Syllabus

ANATOMY: Anatomical concept, position and terminology.

RESPIRATORY SYSTEM: Respiratory tract. Lungs. Mediastinum

CARDIVASCULAR SYSTEM: Heart. Blood vessels. Lymphatic vessels

DIGESTIVE SYSTEM: Mouth. Salivary glands. Pharynx. Oesophagus. Stomach. Small and large intestine. Liver. Biliary routes. Pancreas. Spleen. Peritoneum.

URINARY SYSTEM: Kidneys. Ureters. Urinary bladder. Urethra.

MALE GENITAL SYSTEM: Testicle. Epididymis. Spermatic pathways. Penis. Associated glands.

FEMALE GENITAL SYSTEM: Ovaries. Tubes. Uterus. Vagina. Vulva. Breasts

GENERAL EMBRYOLOGY: Gametogenesis. Fertilization. Embryonic and foetal development. Placenta.

GENERAL HISTOLOGY: Concept and types of fabric.

INTEGUMENTARY SYSTEM: Skin

LOCOMOTOR SYSTEM: Bones. Joints. Muscles.

SENSES: general receptors. Special senses: sight, hearing, balance, smell and taste.

NERVOUS SYSTEM: -CENTRAL: Spinal cord. Encephalon. Main nerve conduction pathways. vegetative NS Meninges. CSF. -

PERIPHERAL: Spinal and cranial nerves.

4. Academic activities

The methodology followed in this subject includes:

-Expository and participative classes: participative lectures supported by selected iconography. 80 hours.

-Practical sessions: sessions for small groups in a practice room with removable models, , bone pieces, plates, atlases, etc. 20 hours.

-Individual elaboration of a practice notebook: each student will elaborate a notebook with drawings, diagrams, etc. where the most relevant contents of each of the practical sessions can be shown.

-Tutorials: at the student's request.

-Independent study or work by the student.

-Evaluation: mid-term exams at the end of each semester and final comprehensive exam.

5. Assessment system

-Evaluation of the practical sessions: (20% of the final grade)

-Attendance and preparation of a practice notebook.

If more than 20% of the practical sessions are missed, a practical exam must be taken.
It is essential to pass the practical part in order to pass the subject

-Evaluation of the theoretical part: (80% of the final grade):

-Mid-term exams: voluntary mid-term exams at the end of each semester. They will consist of 50 questions, with 5 answer options and only one of them will be correct. A pass mark of 5 (pass) out of 10 will be achieved with 32 correct answers.
These tests will be of an eliminatory nature only until the 1st official call.
-Final exam: The overall test will consist of 80 questions, each with 5 answer options of which only will be correct and it will be necessary to obtain at least 52 correct questions to pass the exam. 52 right answers correspond to a grade of 5 (pass) out of 10.
If the student has passed the 2 mid-term exams, they does not have to take this exam. Otherwise, they must take the exam on the pending part. If in the ordinary evaluation test one of the 2 mid-term exams is failed, in the second call, the student must take the exam for the whole subject.
The grade of the theoretical part is obtained by means of the average of the 2 mid-term exams, provided that both are passed (with a minimum grade of 5) or, in case that the student takes the whole subject, by means of the grade of the final exam-
This grade represents 80% of the final grade. The remaining 20% corresponds to the practical evaluation.
In the evaluation and activities, the characteristics of the center where the degree is taught will be taken into account for Huesca and Teruel, always ensuring the acquisition of competencies.

Anatomía humana

1. Información básica de la asignatura

El estudio de la Anatomía Humana proporciona un conocimiento claro y preciso de las estructuras que conforman el cuerpo humano, su organización, su disposición en las diferentes regiones y la relación entre forma y función de las mismas, alcanzando una visión global e integrada de la estructura macro y microscópica del cuerpo humano.

Se considera materia básica en la formación académica del enfermero y le aporta la base morfológica para comprender al ser humano en su normalidad.

Se imparte en el primer curso de la titulación y es de carácter anual.

Su carga lectiva es de 10 ECTS (250 horas), de las cuales 80h. corresponden a clases teóricas y 20 horas a actividades prácticas, impartidas a lo largo de todo el curso académico a razón de 3 horas teóricas y 1 hora práctica por semana. El resto de horas corresponden a trabajo personal del estudiante, tutorías y evaluación.

Estos planteamientos y objetivos están alineados con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) de la Agenda 2030 de
Naciones Unidas (https://www.un.org/sustainabledevelopment/es/), ya que la que Anatomía Humana es imprescindible para fundamentar los conocimientos posteriores del resto de la titulación e diferentes fenómenos que pueden reflejar y
analizar el grado de consecución de todas las metas ODS.

2. Resultados de aprendizaje

Definir el concepto de Anatomía y la posición anatómica.

Saber trasladar los sistemas de planos y ejes del espacio al cuerpo humano.

Utilizar la Nómina Anatómica para referir la posición de las estructuras orgánicas en el contexto corporal.

Conocer las nociones básicas del desarrollo embrionario del ser humano.

Identificar los tejidos básicos del organismo y describir sus componentes y variedades.

Identificar y describir los huesos, los tipos de articulaciones y los músculos que las mueven.

Identificar y describir las vísceras, órganos y estructuras que integran los diferentes aparatos y sistemas del organismo humano (respiratorio, cardiovascular, digestivo, urinario, genital, sentidos, sistema nervioso) en cuanto a sus características morfofuncionales, localización y relaciones topográficas principales.

Obtener, analizar, resumir e interpretar información relacionada con la Anatomía Humana.

Integrar los conocimientos morfológicos y funcionales como soporte de futuras disciplinas del Grado de Enfermería.

3. Programa de la asignatura

SISTEMA RESPIRATORIO: Vías respiratorias. Pulmones. Mediastino

SISTEMA CARDIVASCULAR: Corazón. Vasos sanguíneos. Vasos linfáticos

SISTEMA DIGESTIVO: Boca. Glándulas salivares. Faringe. Esófago. Estómago. Intestino delgado y grueso. Hígado. Vías biliares. Páncreas. Bazo. Peritoneo.

SISTEMA URINARIO: Riñones. Uréteres. Vejiga urinaria. Uretra.

SISTEMA GENITAL MASCULINO: Testículo. Epidídimo. Vías espermáticas. Pene. Glándulas asociadas.

SISTEMA GENITAL FEMENINO: Ovarios. Trompas. Útero. Vagina. Vulva. Mama.

EMBRIOLOGÍA GENERAL: Gametogénesis. Fecundación. Desarrollo embrionario y fetal. Placenta.

HISTOLOGIA GENERAL: Concepto y tipos de tejido.

SISTEMA TEGUMENTARIO: Piel.

SISTEMA LOCOMOTOR: Huesos. Articulaciones. Músculos.

SENTIDOS: receptores generales. Sentidos especiales: vista, oído, equilibrio, olfato y gusto.

SISTEMA NERVIOSO: -CENTRAL: Médula espinal. Encéfalo. Principales vías de conducción nerviosa. SN vegetativo. Meninges. LCR. -PERIFERICO: Nervios espinales y craneales.

4. Actividades académicas

La metodología seguida en esta asignatura incluye:

-Clases expositivas y participativas: sesiones magistrales participativas apoyadas en una iconografía seleccionada. 80 horas.

-Sesiones prácticas: sesiones para grupos pequeños en sala de prácticas donde disponen de maquetas desmontables, piezas óseas, láminas, atlas, etc. 20 horas.

-Elaboración individual de un cuaderno de prácticas: cada estudiante elaborará un cuaderno con dibujos, esquemas, etc. donde plasme los contenidos más relevantes de cada una de las sesiones prácticas.

-Tutorías: a demanda del estudiante.

-Estudio o trabajo autónomo del estudiante.

-Evaluación: exámenes parciales al finalizar cada semestre y examen final global.

5. Sistema de evaluación

Evaluación de las sesiones prácticas: (20% de la nota final)

-Asistencia y elaboración de un cuaderno de prácticas.

Si se supera un 20% de faltas de asistencia a las sesiones prácticas deberá realizar un examen práctico.

Es imprescindible superar la parte práctica para poder aprobar la asignatura.

Evaluación de la parte teórica: (80% de la nota final):

-Exámenes parciales: exámenes parciales voluntarios al finalizar cada semestre. Constarán de 50 preguntas, con 5 opciones de respuesta y sólo una será correcta. Se aprobará con 32 aciertos lo que supone una calificación de 5 (aprobado) sobre 10. Estas pruebas serán de carácter eliminatorio solamente hasta la 1ª convocatoria oficial.

-Examen final: La prueba global constará de 80 preguntas, cada una de ellas con 5 opciones de respuesta de las cuales sólo una será correcta y será necesario obtener al menos 52 preguntas correctas para aprobar el examen. 52 aciertos corresponden a una calificación de 5 (aprobado) sobre 10.

Si el estudiante hubiera aprobado los 2 parciales realizados, no deberá presentarse a esta prueba. En caso contrario, deberá presentarse a la parte pendiente. Si en la prueba de evaluación ordinaria se suspende uno de los 2 parciales, en la segunda convocatoria, deberá presentarse a toda la asignatura.

La calificación de la parte teórica se obtiene mediante la media de los 2 parciales, siempre que ambos estén aprobados (tengan una calificación mínima de 5) o en el caso de que se presenten a toda la asignatura mediante la calificación de la prueba final.

Esta calificación supone el 80% de la nota final. El 20% restante corresponde a la evaluación práctica.

En la evaluación y actividades se tendrán en cuenta para Huesca y Teruel las características del centro donde se imparte la titulación, asegurando siempre la adquisición de las competencias.
